Payment policy
50% payment at confirmation; the full balance must be paid on the day before departure.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received 30 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person. Cancellations received within 30-15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person. Cancellations received within 15-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person. Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person. Unused services are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
