Booking Confirmation

• To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation.

Balance Payment

• The remaining 70% of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of pickup, whether you are traveling by bus, tempo, or cab.

Cancellation Policy

At Thrill on Hills, we understand that plans may change. To ensure clarity, please review our cancellation policy below:

Initial Booking Amount

The initial booking amount is non-refundable for any cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

• 46 days or more before the trip start date: 10% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 45–31 days before the trip start date: 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 30–15 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Within 14 days of the trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. While we will make every effort to arrange alternate feasible activities, no refunds will be provided for such changes.

Terms and Conditions

Prohibited Activities

• Narcotics and Banned Substances: The use of narcotics and any banned substances is strictly prohibited during the tour. Thrill on Hills is not responsible for any consequences arising from such use.
• Weapons and Fireworks: Weapons, toxic substances, and fireworks are not allowed. Any violations will be dealt with according to Indian law.

Code of Conduct

• The organizers reserve the right to evict any traveler without refund for misbehavior or violations of tour/camp rules.
• Guests are expected to respect co-travelers and maintain decorum throughout the trip.

Safety and Responsibility

• Thrill on Hills is not liable for your safety or whereabouts outside the camping premises.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to campsite property, including tents, mattresses, and other materials, and must pay the full replacement cost.
• Thrill on Hills is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

Campsite Rules

• Only registered guests staying with Thrill on Hills are permitted at the campsite. Advance notification is required for bringing any outside guests.
• Availability of hot water at campsites cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation and Delays

• In case of vehicle breakdowns or delays, travelers must wait until repairs are completed. No backup transport will be provided.
• Thrill on Hills is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural hazards, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances. Sightseeing or activities may be affected due to such delays.

Itinerary Changes

• The trip coordinator reserves the right to alter the itinerary based on on-the-spot conditions.

Bookings and Payments

• Slots are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
• Registrations/tickets once booked are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.

General Guidelines

• All guests must carry a government-issued valid ID card.
• Travelers are expected to respect nature, keep the environment clean, and comply with local guidelines.
