Hemkund Sahib

Hemkund Sahib, also known as Hemkunt Sahib, is a Sikh pilgrimage site and a high-altitude lake located in the state of Uttarakhand, India. Here’s an overview of Hemkund Sahib:

   • Hemkund Sahib is a significant pilgrimage destination for Sikhs. The gurdwara at Hemkund Sahib is one of the holiest shrines in Sikhism.
   • The tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh, is believed to have meditated at Hemkund Sahib. The Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of Sikhism, also mentions the place.
3. Hemkund Lake:
